What we build
Most growing businesses outgrow spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, disconnected apps and software that almost fits. MZone designs the system around the work itself — then builds it.
Software designed around your actual operational workflow, not a generic template you have to bend the business to fit.
Connected systems for sales, inventory, purchases, customers and the daily numbers an owner needs to see.
Apps for customers, employees, field teams and owners who need the business in their pocket.
Multi-user products that can serve many businesses, each with their own staff, data and permissions.
Replace repetitive manual steps — attendance to salary, lead to disbursement, shelf count to stock — with one connected flow.
Live attendance, order status, private chat and operational screens that update as the work happens.
Selected work
Not concepts. Not templates. Working products designed around real business workflows.
Attendance, shifts and payroll in one system — from biometric punches to payslips.

Attendance → payroll
Many businesses still piece attendance and salary together from biometric machines, registers and spreadsheets. PunchPay puts that month into one system.
Who came in, who was late, who took an advance, and what the net salary should be — those answers often live in different places. Correcting a missed punch or a lunch break should not mean rebuilding the month by hand.
PunchPay is a cloud attendance and payroll product. A company adds employees and shifts, captures punches from a biometric machine, an Android face kiosk, or a mobile QR check-in, then generates payroll from those records.
Staff punch in and out. The dashboard shows who is present, on a break, or absent. At month end, payroll uses working days, overtime, late and lunch rules, salary advances and incentives to produce a net salary, payslips and downloadable reports.
Owners and HR see attendance as it happens and close salary from the same records, including ESI amounts, travel allowance, holidays and weekly offs where those rules are configured.
React, Node.js and PostgreSQL, with a desktop connector for biometric devices and mobile apps for the office tablet and the admin phone.

Retail
Fashion retailers often run a billing app, a spreadsheet and a separate website. The same size gets sold twice, or sits in one system and not the other.
Physical stores and online orders need the same products, the same sizes and the same truth about what is left. Staff should bill quickly. The owner should see whether the day made money.
Salesify is a fashion retail system: a point of sale, a customer website, and one inventory behind both. A sale at the counter and an order on the website draw from the same stock.
Products are entered once, with colour, size and barcode. The cashier scans, tags a salesman and takes cash, UPI, card or a mixed payment. Website orders land in the same desk to be packed, shipped or cancelled. Purchases raise stock. A stock check counts the shelf and posts the difference.
The shop and the website stop keeping two stock lists. Cashiers stay on one till. Owners see sales, low stock and website orders without opening another tool.
Next.js and TypeScript. Online checkout can use Razorpay. A Windows print agent can send bills to a thermal printer.

Enterprise workflow
Lending operations move a file through many hands: telecalling, field visits, statement review, approval, cheques, disbursement and follow-up. Finance ERP is built as that path, not as a set of unrelated screens.
A finance office can lose a case between the person who called, the person who visited, the person who checked the bank statement, and the person who released the money. Cash needs a second approval. Cheques need a calendar. Defaulters need a follow-up, not a notebook.
A web desk for the office and an Android app for field staff and telecallers. Leads move through a staged pipeline. Two loan styles are supported: monthly interest loans, and due loans that generate a cheque schedule when the money is released.
A lead comes in from a call, a field visit, a referral, or WhatsApp. A checker reviews the bank statement. A verifier records the call and the visit. The owner approves. Accounts complete documents and disburse by transfer or by cash that must be approved first. Cheques are marked deposited, cleared or bounced. Bounced and overdue files sit on a collections desk.
Each role sees the step they own. The owner can see the book, overdue files and cash position without asking every desk for a separate update. This is the kind of custom process MZone can model when a business does not fit packaged software.
Next.js and TypeScript for the office, Expo for the Android field app, and PostgreSQL for the records. WhatsApp and lead intake can be connected where the business uses them.
Also built
The same engineering shows up in focused mobile products — for a shop team, a barber, or a private conversation.
Team app
M Connect is an invite-only mobile app for a store team. Managers assign tasks. Staff update progress, add comments and attach photo proof. Chat is one-to-one between a manager and their staff — not an open company feed.
Vertical SaaS
Barber SaaS is a mobile operating app for a small shop, not an enterprise suite. The owner sets up the shop and services, bills a haircut, keeps customers, and books the chair.
Privacy messaging
Melt Messenger is a private chat product. Conversations are meant to disappear when someone leaves the app or goes offline. Friends show as available when they are online. No phone number is required to sign in.
Apps built and published by MZone Technologies.
How we work
We understand the business, the workflow and the actual problem — who does what, and where it breaks today.
We translate that workflow into a simple digital experience people can use without a training course.
We develop, test and iterate around the real requirements, including the exceptions that only show up in daily use.
We deploy the system and continue improving it as the business evolves.
Your software should adapt to your business — not force your business to adapt to generic software.
Why businesses work with MZone
The difference is visible in the work: complete operating systems, custom paths, and both the desk and the phone.
We start with the workflow, not the technology.
We build complete working products, not isolated screens.
Your software can follow how the business actually operates.
Dashboards, field apps and operational tools can be one system.
From the first map of the process through launch and later changes.
Where this applies
These are areas we can build for, based on systems already delivered — not a claim that every industry below is an existing client.
Counter sales, shared stock and a customer website.
Sizes, colours, barcodes and sales staff on one till.
Lead, approval, disbursement and collection in one path.
Appointments, customers and a simple point of sale.
Staff attendance, shifts and branch operations.
Role-based workflows where each desk owns a step.
Field teams, tasks and status the office can see.
Internal tools that replace spreadsheets and chat threads.
Engineering
Business owners do not need a catalogue of tools. Technical buyers can see the range already used in shipped products.
React and Next.js applications for dashboards, billing and office workflows.
Flutter apps, plus React Native for field and admin phones.
Node.js services and PostgreSQL for multi-user business data.
Firebase for private chat, presence and live team updates.
Biometric devices, WhatsApp, online payments and accounting export.
Roles so a cashier, a telecaller and an owner do not see the same desk.
Founder
I started building software by solving real operational problems for businesses. That experience shaped how MZone approaches every project: understand the workflow first, then build the technology around it.
You speak with the person responsible for the engineering. The work is founder-led, from Udumalpet, Tamil Nadu.
UAE
Based in India, working with businesses that need a reliable engineering partner to turn their ideas and operational challenges into software.
Let's map it out. Whether you're replacing spreadsheets, connecting multiple branches, building a customer app or creating an internal business platform, we can start with the workflow and work backwards into the technology.
