PunchPay (punchpay.in)
PunchPay is a payroll and attendance management system for businesses. All employee data, attendance records, salary information, and payroll data entered by business clients are owned by and belong exclusively to those clients. We act as a data processor — we store and process this data only on the client's behalf. We do not access or use this data for any other purpose.
Quely.ai
Quely.ai connects to your Facebook and Instagram accounts to schedule and publish content. We access only the permissions you grant. We do not post without your instruction. You can revoke access at any time through your Meta account settings. Your product images and generated content are stored to power the service and are not shared with third parties.
Melt Messenger
Melt Messenger uses your location (when permission is granted) to show nearby users who are online. Conversations automatically delete after sessions end — we do not store chat history permanently. Location data is not stored after the session ends. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.
Mingle AI and Cinemento
These apps collect minimal information — usage data for improving the app experience. No sensitive personal data is collected beyond what is necessary for the app to function. Please refer to each app's in-app privacy settings for specific controls.
Custom Software for Business Clients
When we build custom software for your business, all data entered into that system belongs to you. It is hosted on infrastructure we manage on your behalf. We do not access your business data except to resolve technical issues with your explicit permission.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure. We implement the following security measures:
- All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt encryption — we never store plain text passwords
- Access to production databases is restricted to authorised personnel only
- Automated daily backups to protect against data loss
- Rate limiting and firewall rules to protect against unauthorised access
- Regular security reviews of our infrastructure and code
While we implement strong security measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your account credentials safe.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:
- Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account and deleted within 30 days of account closure on request
- Business data in client systems is retained as configured by the client business
- Melt Messenger chat data is deleted automatically at the end of each session
- Usage and analytics data may be retained in anonymised form for up to 24 months
- Legal and financial records are retained as required by Indian law (typically 7 years)
