Welcome to Mzone Technologies. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile applications and services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. License Grant
Mzone Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the application.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our applications.
- Create derivative works based on our applications.
- Use the applications for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of our applications.
4. Use of Services
You may use our applications and services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems or interfere with others’ use and enjoyment of the services.
5. Subscription Terms
Mzone Technologies offers subscription-based services for certain features of our mobile applications. The subscription plans may include different periods (monthly, yearly) and are automatically renewed unless canceled by the user.
- Free Trial: Some subscription plans may include a free trial period, as indicated at the time of subscription.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You will be charged through your Apple or Google account at the start of each new billing period.
- Billing Information: By subscribing, you authorize Mzone Technologies to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method.
- Price Changes: We may update our subscription prices from time to time. We will notify you of any changes before they take effect.
6. Cancellation
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
- If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the current subscription period.
7. Termination
Mzone Technologies may terminate or suspend your license to use our applications at any time, with or without notice, if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the applications and delete all copies from your devices.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Mzone Technologies or its licensors. Unauthorized use of any of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mzone Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of such modifications by updating the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the services after changes are made will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
